Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
Luke Mallett, trading as PRNT Forge is responsible for the information collected through this site. You can write to us at 23 Hillside, Chedgrave, Norfolk, NR14 6HZ, or email contact@prntforge.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
What we do with it
When you send the form, it is emailed to us at contact@prntforge.co.uk so we can reply. It is not saved in a database, and this website keeps no copy of it. The email is delivered by Resend, an email service that passes the message on to our inbox.
We use your details to answer you. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Why we are allowed to hold it
To reply to a message you send us, because we have a legitimate interest in answering it. To take payment and post an order, because that is needed to carry out the contract with you. To keep order records afterwards, because the law requires us to keep tax records.
How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as HMRC requires, which is at least five years after the 31 January filing deadline for the tax year of the sale.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising tag and nothing that follows you to other websites.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network, which delivers the pages to your browser and keeps limited technical records of requests to keep the site running and to block abuse. We do not use those records to identify visitors.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us holding it. Email contact@prntforge.co.uk and we will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
